Bob Combs

Founder

With over 25 years of experience as a learning and development professional, Bob Combs has conducted more than 400 courses and seminars in which nearly 9,000 participants from across the spectrum of industries have received the guidance, direction and inspiration to win in business and in life.

Bob began his career in organizational development and consulting/coaching in 1991 when he joined Rapport Leadership International. He was the company’s first Director of Training and a Master Trainer of all seven major programs that the company offered. He is the only trainer in the company’s history to have done so. As Director of Training Bob coached and developed 20 trainers, an accomplishment that was fundamental to the rapid and successful growth of the company during that period.

Benefiting from Bob’s programs that are delivered with passion and integrity, are multinational corporations and small start-ups, CEO’s of big business and junior-level employees.

Bob believes that people were meant to learn and grow through life and that the best way to learn and grow is through harnessing and directing individual will and initiative. Bob also believes that core values drive attitude, and attitude drives the acquisition of knowledge necessary to develop the skills for high-level performance and success.
